The ROFU8900Series Magnetic Door Holders come in 3 configurations and are voltage specific (12 or 24 VAC/VDC). For use on self-closing fire and/or smoke barrier doors.

Features and Benefits:

– Floor Mount Cast Iron Housing with Reset Button.
– Fail-safe: releases instantly when power is disconnected. No residual magnetism.
– 24 VAC/VDC.
– Fail alarm: will release upon activation of fire alarm.
– Adjustable swivel armature for ease of alignment.
